We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Detailer/Lot Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive detailing, with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As the Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for overseeing the detailing team, ensuring all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing,
- Wash, vacuum, and help prepare vehicles for customer delivery or display
- Buff vehicles as needed to improve their appearance and presentation
- Shampoo vehicle interiors and remove stains from seats, carpet, and upholstery
- Assist with fueling vehicles and checking that vehicles are ready for test drives
- Report any vehicle damage, dead batteries, low tires, or other concerns to management
- Support the dealership team with general day-too-day operational needs
- Inspect vehicles to ensure all work meets our quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
