Ford of Mexico is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Analyst for its Technical Assistance Center to guide dealership technicians through complex mechanical, electrical, and software diagnostics. You will also serve as the Business Analytics analyst, extracting and analyzing data to identify product trends and present KPIs to management.
The role requires 1–3 years of automotive diagnostics experience, strong skills in Alteryx/Qlik/Power BI, and English proficiency at B2/C1.
