We are looking for people who are curious, positive, and autonomous, who enjoy learning and collaborating to create impact. 🎉 And we are proud to have been certified **Best Workplaces 2025**! #### 🎯 Your missions - Install, uninstall, and perform maintenance on our Getaround Connect electronic units in vehicles (the candidate will be trained for this). You will generally be in the field 4 days per week (travelling in a company vehicle between appointments) and in the office 1 day per week (remote work possible on that day after validation of skills). - Monitor the interventions carried out in the company's internal software and the efficiency of operations - Improve maintenance processes by ensuring rapid responses to technical problems encountered and achieving our service level target (SLA) - Help the customer service team assess maintenance needs and enable the activation of vehicles on the platform. - Categorise and quantify problems reported by the customer service team in order to improve processes and prevent them upstream. #### 🚗 The Connect team Our Connect team in Europe is made up of 4 people. You will report to Margot, our Connect Operations Manager, and work closely with Marius, our technical lead. You will work hand in hand with our customer support team and the team in charge of managing our car owners on the platform. This position is available from September! #### 👤 Desired profile - Knowledge of electronics - Knowledge of automotive mechanics - Holder of a diploma in electronics BEP / BAC PRO / BTS / DUT / Licence...
