We’re seeking an experienced F&I Manager who brings:
- Proven automotive F&I experience
- Strong product knowledge
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills
- A track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong attention to compliance and detail
- Exceptional communication and customer-service skills
- A professional, motivated, team-oriented attitude
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- CDK Knowledge a plus!
Previous automotive F&I experience is required.
