What You'll Do
As an Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our customers safely on the road by:
- Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections
- Rotating and balancing tires
- Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
- Inspecting brakes, suspension, and steering components
- Checking and replenishing vehicle fluids
- Completing maintenance services according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Identifying additional repair and maintenance opportunities
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous automotive experience or automotive technical education preferred
- Express technician experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable attitude
- Desire to learn and build a long-term automotive career
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
