Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I)
Location: Savoy, IL 61874 (1402–1404 N Dunlap Ave & 100 Burwash Ave campus)
Pay: $60,000–$150,000 per year total compensation (base salary plus commission)
Job type: Full-time, base salary plus commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

About the role
As our F&I Manager, you'll help customers find the financing and protection that fit their needs, and you'll finalize every deal legally and ethically to keep our lender relationships strong.
Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's financing and payment needs
- Present service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary products
- Prepare paperwork and finalize deals legally and ethically, supporting strong lender relationships
- Meet monthly F&I income, product penetration, and CSI targets
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a process-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
