Automotive Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with securing finance options that fit their needs while ensuring compliance with all lending regulations
• Assist customers with selecting the best additional warranties and service plans for their vehicle
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure the best financing terms for our customers
• Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Process finance and lease applications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience
• Offer excellent and efficient customer service to all customers and address inquires and resolve any finance related concerns
• Receive professional training and stay updated on industry trends, lender programs and compliance regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the dealership industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing and lender relationships
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex financial terms in an easy-to-understand manner
• Proficiency in finance software and dealership management systems
• Familiarity with state and federal lending laws, compliance requirements and dealership finance operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A professional and customer focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• A valid driver's license with less than 6 points and no major violations in the last 3 years to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
