Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager / F&I Manager

What You'll Do
- Maximize dealership profitability through strong PVR,
product penetration, and finance performance.
- Structure and close deals in
partnership with sales teams and desk managers.
- Present
service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, appearance protection, and other
F&I products through professional menu presentations.
- Submit lender applications,
maintain strong lender relationships, and secure competitive approvals.
- Ensure every cash, finance, and
lease transaction is accurately contracted, funded, and fully compliant.
- Build customer trust through consultative selling and
exceptional service.
- Support team
development through collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven
automotive F&I experience preferred; exceptional sales professionals ready
to advance are encouraged to apply.
- Strong
communication, negotiation, closing, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with DMS, RouteOne, Dealertrack, and menu presentation software preferred.
- Understanding
of automotive lending, compliance, contracting, and F&I products.
- A
results-driven professional who exceeds goals without compromising the customer
experience.
