Automotive Finance Manager

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a proven F&I professional, not someone looking to learn the business. A track record of success in automotive finance is a must.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
• Consistent history of strong PVR and product penetration
• Strong lender and deal structuring knowledge
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Knowledge of compliance and finance processes
• Ability to build trust and create value with customers
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism
• Someone who can step in and produce immediately
