We're seeking a proven dealership leader who can drive results, develop top talent, and create a culture where employees thrive and customers return. What We Offer:

  • Performance-driven compensation package with an annual earning range of $175,000 to $300,000, combining a competitive salary with commissions and bonuses tied to profitability, growth, and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve retention and performance goals.
  • Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost revenue and market share.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and procurement to maintain a profitable and balanced vehicle inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven dealership management experience with a strong track record of successfully turning around under-performing stores.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with dealership management software and tools.
