What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and lead team of Express Technicians
- Monitor and manage Express Team workflow processes
- Responsible for training of new Express Techs joining the team
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services
- Deliver efficient, high-quality express maintenance services
