Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our customers and develop relationships to make Prosper Ford their trusted one stop shop for all their automotive needs
- Preform a walk around on all customers vehicles
- Update customers on status of vehicle
- Provide customers on all vehicle needs and recommended repairs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Must have minimum 3 year main shop service advisor experience
- Strong computer and phone skills
