Skills necessary to be successful in the Automotive Manager role include the following;
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- Prior automotive sales experience or Used Vehicle Management experience required
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Experience negotiating the purchase of vehicles from auctions, wholesales and customers
- Good organizational and communication skills
