Automotive Mechanics Coordinator

About the role

At Iman Temporing, we are selecting a Mechanics Coordinator for an automotive company in Olías del Rey with IT knowledge to manage and coordinate the workshop team.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and supervise the daily activity of the workshop.
• Coordinate the workload of the technical team, assigning interventions and priorities efficiently.
• Perform monitoring and control of the repair process, ensuring quality, deadlines, and correct execution.
• Supervise the productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the workshop.
• Monitor workshop activity through production indicators, times, workload, and achievement of objectives.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the team of mechanics and technical staff.
• Detect operational incidents and propose solutions to improve workshop functioning.
• Coordinate with workshop reception, service advisors, spare parts, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, internal processes, order, cleanliness, and OHS regulations.
• Guarantee adequate customer service from a technical and operational standpoint, contributing to the final satisfaction of the service provided.
• Organization and supply of spare parts for workshop provision.
• Coverage of reception duties, and service advisor duties during summer periods.

What we're looking for

• Experience in automotive workshops
• Availability of hours
• Good use of IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Own car

What you'll get

• Initial ETT contract for 3 months + incorporation into the permanent staff
• Schedule from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 13:30 and 15:30 to 19:00
• Salary between 25,000 and 30,000 gross per year depending on experience
