The company is the newest entrant within the field of Collision and Accident Repair, having already four established locations (three based in Melbourne and one in NSW) and a fifth workshop due to open in Brisbane, QLD. The company is focussed on developing new technologies that will change and enhance the customer offering and deliver a new and innovative way to manage the end-to-end claims and repair experience. The company has built a partnership with a leading global insurer, making their business model strong, with additional expansion opportunities also on the horizon. Following a successful launch in Melbourne in 2022, they are excited to be launching their first centre in QLD. The new site will be based in Virginia and will be operational in March 2023. Due to increased demand, they are seeking qualified automotive panel technicians/panel beaters to work in their Victorian based locations.

The Position…

The company is looking for experienced, talented, and qualified Automotive Panel technicians/Panel Beaters to work in Clayton, Tullamarine, and Thomastown workshops.

Some of the key position responsibilities include:

• Repair of vehicles as per the repair method and in accordance with job sheet.
  
• Repair vehicle to a high quality finish.
  
• Provide assistance to the team as needed.
  

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Trade qualified in panel beating or equivalent (highly desirable)
  
• Experienced in working with cars
  
• Must have a team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Good time management skills
  
• Ability to follow instructions well.
  
• Work to a high standard.
  
• Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
  
• Have a current Australian driver’s licence.
