We are continuously looking for experienced Parts Managers to join our leadership pipeline for current and future opportunities throughout the Steven Automotive Group.
About the Role
As a Parts Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a dealership Parts Department while working closely with Service, Collision, Sales, and dealership leadership.
The ideal candidate understands automotive parts operations, knows how to lead a team, and is focused on maintaining an efficient, organized, and profitable department.
Responsibilities
● Oversee daily Parts Department operations and workflow
● Lead, coach, and develop Parts Department employees
● Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and distribution
● Work closely with Service and Collision Departments to ensure parts are available when needed
● Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, special orders, and returns
● Maintain accurate inventory records and department processes
● Monitor department performance, expenses, and profitability
● Build strong relationships with vendors and dealership departments
● Ensure manufacturer and dealership procedures are followed
● Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and department performance
COMPENSATION
💰 $80K+ ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL 💰
Competitive Parts Manager compensation with the opportunity to earn $80,000+ annually, based on experience, performance, leadership, and overall department results.
