Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.
- Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.
- Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, offering product options, and finalizing sales over the phone.
- Develop a strong understanding of the parts, services, and solutions we provide.
- Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately within our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.
