Position & Location: Field Service Representative "Automotive Photographer" in Cincinnati, Milford OH & Surrounding Areas

Important: This Is NOT Creative Photography

Although photography is a major part of this position, this is NOT a creative photography role. Our Automotive Photographers follow a structured, repeatable process designed to produce consistent vehicle merchandising for our dealership clients.

You will be trained on the specific photo angles, sequence, framing, zoom levels and quality standards we expect. The goal is consistency, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail — not creating your own photography style.

Experience with weddings, portraits, sports, real estate or other types of photography is welcome, but professional photography experience is NOT required. We are much more interested in your ability to:

• Follow detailed instructions and established processes
• Produce consistent results from vehicle to vehicle
• Pay close attention to small details
• Work efficiently and independently
• Accept coaching and apply feedback
• Be comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work

The current route includes:

• Monday: Cincinnati
• Tuesday: Milford, Cincinnati
• Wednesday: Cincinnati
• Thursday: Milford
• Friday: Cincinnati

This route has a total of 125 miles driven per week in-between stops if all dealers are visited as scheduled.

Pay Structure & Benefits:

• Performance Based Commissions & Bonuses [This is NOT a salary or Hourly Position!] - You get paid for every vehicle you process/photograph.
• Pay Dates are every 1st & 16th via Direct Deposit.
• All Gas is Fully reimbursed
  
• Healthcare Benefits: After 60 days of employment, eligible team members receive company-sponsored health insurance, with CarData covering 50% of the premium
• 401(k) with a company match of 100% on the first 3% contributed and 50% on contributions from 3% to 5%, with eligibility after six months of service and company matching contributions vesting after two years.
  

Specific Pay Details for this position:

Based on Previous Month’s Billings & the Previous Representatives Pay

- You can expect to make anywhere from $42,000 - $48,000 Annually

- You will start at 9AM; Your finish time will be based on volume of vehicles to photograph

- Monday through Friday

MUST HAVE Qualifications for Field Service Representative:

- Excellent communication skills [If it takes you longer than 1 hour to respond to a text message, this isn’t the position for you.]

- Able to maintain quality of work in an independent environment.

- This position requires the ability to be on your feet and enter/exit vehicles with ease.

- Must have a reliable vehicle [If you can’t drive to clients you can’t work!]

- Clean license. Only clean driving records will be considered.

Ideal candidates live in the Blue Ash, Sharonville, Reading, Montgomery or surrounding North Cincinnati area, as this position travels daily between dealerships throughout Cincinnati and Milford

Q - How many visits will I be making per day?

A - This route consists of 2 Monday visits; 2 Tuesday visits; 5 Visits on Wednesday; 2 Visits on Thursday; 5 Visits on Friday

Q - How does the commission structure work?

A - Your core duties will be to take photos, videos & apply window labels to vehicles. You get paid for every vehicle you take photos, videos & apply window labels to. So someone who does 10 vehicles makes more $ in commissions than someone who does 2 vehicles.

Q - Approximately how many miles will I be driving per day?

A - Every route is different but we list the amount of miles in between stops (125) on this route so you'd just need to add in the mileage from your house to 1st stop & from last stop to home to gauge the exact mileage. This can be gone over in detail during the phone screening.

Q - How many cars per day will I be doing?

A - Every dealership has a different “flow” of inventory so the exact # of vehicles is not known on a day to day basis. If you visit ABC Autos on Monday they may only have 2 vehicles to take photos of BUT when you go back on Thursday they could have 19 vehicles to take photos of because they just purchased from auction or otherwise got cars in.
