Automotive Project Manager

We are looking for an Automotive Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage automotive development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timing, and cost targets are met while coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the main interface with the customer.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases (development, validation, delivery).
• Define project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Lead communication with customers and internal teams.
• Track project progress, risks, and budget; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949).
• Drive team performance and support continuous improvement.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive project management or product development.
• Good knowledge of Volkswagen (VW) systems and tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle networking (CAN, LIN, Flexray).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
