Automotive Project Manager (國際車用專案)

本職務將參與國際車用科技專案，與台灣供應鏈及德國工程團隊密切合作，共同推動新產品開發、工業化及量產導入。

這是一個高度跨國協作且具自主性的角色，將直接與管理團隊、德國工程人員、供應商及客戶合作，工作內容包含：

• 負責台灣端車用零組件／模組專案之進度、時程及里程碑（milestone）管理。
• 協調台灣供應商與德國工程團隊，追蹤品質、交期及待解決事項（open issues）。
• 協助電子及機構類零組件／模組之工業化（industrialization）及量產導入。
• 主動辨識專案風險，協調相關單位推動問題解決。
• 與供應商、客戶及策略合作夥伴進行專案溝通。
• 維護專案報告、文件及相關追蹤資訊。
• 視專案需求安排台灣境內出差，並可能有海外出差機會。

This role will be involved in international automotive technology projects, working closely with Taiwan-based suppliers and German engineering teams to support new product development, industrialization, and production ramp-up.

This is a highly collaborative and autonomous role in a cross-border environment. You will work directly with the management team, German engineers, suppliers, and customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage project schedules, progress, and milestones for automotive components and modules in Taiwan.
• Coordinate with Taiwan-based suppliers and German engineering teams to track quality, delivery schedules, and open issues.
• Support the industrialization and production ramp-up of electronic and mechanical components/modules.
• Proactively identify project risks and coordinate with relevant parties to drive issue resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and strategic partners.
• Maintain project reports, documentation, and tracking information.
• Travel within Taiwan as required, with potential opportunities for overseas business travel depending on project needs.
