About the Role
Join Pulsar Expo and TORSUS as a Project Manager, where you will be responsible for projects and tenders and ensure that they are consistently and efficiently completed, and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that complex, multi-country and/or multi-vehicle projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined quality standards, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Proactively oversee high-risk and strategically important projects to ensure they stay on track while paying close attention to risk management
• Project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management are conducted in a structured and proactive manner to ensure readiness and smooth execution at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, production, procurement, finance, and external stakeholders is effectively coordinated to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
• Project documentation, risk identification, issue mitigation, internal process adherence, and team development are systematically managed to ensure transparency, audit readiness, continuous improvement, and the professional representation of the company’s brand and values.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Supply Services or Project Management within the automotive, heavy machinery or related industry
• English language at least B2 and Ukrainian language at least C1
• B2G experience is highly advantageous
• Can work in a fast paced environment with great communication and organizational skills
• Full-time and on-site 4 days per week (1 day WFH per week)
