Automotive Repair Manager
Job Summary
Perform engine overhauls, air-conditioning servicing, vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs using diagnostic equipment to ensure vehicle quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform engine overhauls to restore vehicle performance
- Service air-conditioning systems and cooling coils to maintain optimal function
- Carry out scheduled maintenance services and general vehicle repairs to ensure reliability
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle defects using diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
- Repair and rectify identified vehicle defects to restore safe operation
- Conduct quality control checks on vehicles to confirm they meet safety and performance standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to support smooth workflow
- Work independently with a proactive and positive attitude to meet job requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
