Responsibilities
Welcome visitors to our showroom and guide them through our current inventory of vehicles.
Listen to what our customers need so you can suggest the right model for their lifestyle.
Coordinate and lead test drives to ensure customers have a great experience behind the wheel.
Explain vehicle features, safety technology, and financing options in a way that is easy to understand.
Keep in touch with previous clients to answer questions and help them with their next automotive needs.
Collaborate with your coworkers to ensure the showroom is always organized and welcoming.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
Strong comfort level with computers and tablet-based software.
Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with customers.
A genuine interest in learning about the features and technology of our vehicles.
Prior experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.
