Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop a loyal client base and generate repeat and referral business.

• Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.

• Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

• Develop extensive knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, options, technology, and available packages.

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.

• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

• Learn and apply effective objection-handling and closing techniques.

• Maintain consistent communication with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, performance, and opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership objectives.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent Franklin Chevrolet with integrity every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of automotive sales experience required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to build rapport, develop trust, and establish lasting customer relationships.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

• Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
