Automotive Sales Associate
Location: Savoy, IL 61874 (1402–1404 N Dunlap Ave & 100 Burwash Ave campus)
Pay: $45,000–$150,000 per year total compensation (base salary plus commission)
Job type: Full-time, base salary plus commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

About the role
As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right vehicle from our Buick, BMW, Honda, GMC, and Subaru lineup. If you're outgoing, love talking with people, and like a little friendly competition, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the lot and guide them through their visit
- Match vehicles from our inventory to each customer's needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features
- Help customers with credit applications
- Inspect lot vehicles daily and report any issues
- Keep the lot merchandised and looking its best
- Help clean vehicles
Qualifications
- High energy and outgoing
- Track record in customer service and sales
- Strong communication by phone and in person
- Ability to handle objections
- Basic business math
- Basic Microsoft Office and sales software skills
- Persistent and competitive
