Responsibilities
- Deal Closing: Take over stalled or difficult negotiations from sales reps to secure the sale.
- Deal Structuring: Calculate payments, assess trade-ins, and align credit profiles with lender guidelines.
- Objection Handling: Overcome final pricing, financing, or trade-in concerns.
- F&I Collaboration: Introduce protection products like GAP and service contracts to boost backend profit.
- Floor Coaching: Train sales consultants on effective techniques during live negotiations. [1, 2, 3, 5]
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of direct automotive sales and closing experience.
- F&I Knowledge: Familiarity with credit analysis, lender approvals, and retail math.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and state vehicle salesperson license.
- Software: Proficiency with CRM and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and bilingual abilities are a plus.
