The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your communication skills, empathy, and drive directly shape your success. You will guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions of their lives, serving as a trusted advisor from first contact to final handshake.
What You’ll Do
- Build genuine rapport with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Present and demonstrate Nissan vehicles with expert product knowledge
- Guide customers through the full purchasing lifecycle with transparency and care
- Follow-Up with prospects and maintain a personal book of loyal clients
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to deliver seamless deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and CSI satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product and professional development training
Who You Are
- A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Emotionally intelligent — you read people well and adapt your approach
- Organized, reliable, and coachable with a growth mindset
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience a plus
- Automotive experience welcomed but not required — we train the right people
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
