Job Overview

Coad Chevrolet is looking for a motivated person to join our sales team.

You do not need car sales experience to apply. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and wants the chance to earn a good income.

We will train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Help customers find the right new or used vehicle.
• Answer questions about our vehicles.
• Take customers on test drives.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Work with customers from their first visit through the sale.
• Stay in touch with customers after the sale.
• Work with our sales and finance team to complete each deal.
• Build relationships that lead to repeat customers and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable talking with people.
• Dependable and ready to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to learn and take direction.
• Able to follow up with customers.
• Comfortable using a phone and computer.
• Motivated to reach sales goals.
• Able to work well with a team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Automotive experience is not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Sundays off.
