We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Compensation: $60,000–$80,000

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional buying experience.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
• Present vehicle features, options, and available models.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work with the sales and finance teams to help ensure a smooth purchasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and dealership promotions.
• Meet sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
