Bill Rapp GMC is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership. If you enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay knowledgeable about GMC vehicles, features, and promotions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide a positive, professional dealership experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service driven mindset
• Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license
