Turn your ability to connect with people into a career in automotive sales. Sky Ford of Provo is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help customers find the right new Ford or pre-owned vehicle and deliver a buying experience that earns their trust.

Automotive experience is welcome, but not required. If you bring strong communication skills, consistent follow-through, and a willingness to learn, we offer ongoing training and a team ready to help you develop.

Compensation

Potential earnings: $5,000–$20,000 per month. This is a full-time, commission-based sales role. Actual earnings vary with individual sales performance; this range is not a guaranteed salary.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers, ask questions, and recommend vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present vehicle features and guide customers through product demonstrations and test drives.
• Respond promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and showroom opportunities.
• Follow up consistently, keep accurate CRM notes, and build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Learn current inventory, Ford technology, and dealership promotions.
• Work with sales management and the finance team to keep the buying process clear and organized.
• Work toward sales and customer experience goals with professionalism and integrity.

What you bring

• A customer-first approach and clear communication skills
• Self-motivation, reliability, and a willingness to accept coaching
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through
• Comfort using computers and learning CRM tools
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement
