As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive continued success. This is a unique opportunity to work along side the new owners of the dealership and grow as we grow!
Position Summary:
The Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This includes managing a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding dealership sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Take TOs (turnovers) to assist sales consultants in closing deals and improving conversion rates
- Ensure CRM tasks are completed in a timely and effective
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to meet dealership objectives
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations for sales staff
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Previous experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram brands is a strong plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Tekion, Dealertrack, VinSolutions)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
