Automotive Sales Manager/Back up F&I Manager
Robert Brogden's Garden City GMC/Honda is looking to add an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager/ Back up F&I Manager to it's team. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience. We are a family owned business and believe that employees should have a good work/life balance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day operations of sales department
- Develop and promote strategies to sell vehicles
- Consistently meet monthly sales and CSI goals
- Back up the F&I Manager as needed
- Recruit, hire and train salespeople
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory, including retail and wholesale units
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas that need improvement
- Work with other departments to make sure that customers receive and excellent experience
Requirement:
- Must have 2+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to pass pre-hire background check and drug screening
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to use the operating systems and equipment that the company provides
