How Your Day Flows
Your morning starts with quick check-ins on yesterday’s numbers and what’s pacing for the month, then a fast huddle to align priorities and remove roadblocks. Midday is spent on the floor and in the office—reviewing deal structure details, keeping communication crisp between departments, and staying available for coaching moments that improve consistency. You’ll carve out time to scan market signals and reporting trends, then pivot the team’s focus as needed. Later, you’ll connect on inventory and program status, plan ahead for upcoming deliveries and New Owner Clinics, and wrap with notes that keep tomorrow moving.
