Automotive Sales Manager
Keller Bros is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our Dodge/Ram team!
We are looking for a strong leader who knows how to drive sales, develop a team, hold people accountable, and create an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Take ownership of dealership sales performance and profitability.
- Work directly with salespeople to structure and close deals.
- Manage inventory, vehicle pricing, and merchandising.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up and effective CRM utilization.
- Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales management and finance management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop salespeople.
- Understanding of dealership operations, inventory, and profitability.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality.
