🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Service Advisor/Writer with leadership skills to join our high-performance team at Euro Car Doctor—the fastest-growing independent European auto repair chain in Southern California.

This is a hands-on position:

• You’ll write service, manage client interactions, and drive sales.
• You’ll work side-by-side with experienced service advisors, a parts manager, and a general manager who’ve got your back.
• You’ll support a team of 5–6 skilled technicians and a QC porter to keep workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at the highest level.
• With strong leadership skills, you’ll have the chance to grow into managing the service advisor team—while still writing service and earning storewide GP bonuses on top of your pay.

💰 What We Offer (Best in OC!)

• $105,000 – $250,000+/year (salary + commission + store/GP bonus)

• 3+ years of sales/service advisor experience (independent Euro shop experience a big plus)
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• Proven track record of sales & customer service success
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great communicator
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced shop
• Clean, valid driver’s license & drug-free workplace
• Positive attitude + no drama—team-first mentality is a must!
