1. Hardware/Software co-design:
Participate in early-stage chip spec. or hardware system definition, providing optimization recommendations from a FW perspective.

2. Core Technical breakthroughs:
Author core POC code and resolve complex system-level bottlenecks, serve race conditions, or hard to reproduce HW compatibility issues.

3. Technical leadership:
Establish FW development guidelines, mentor senior engineers to elevate the team overall arch. mindset and technical execution.
