AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Toyota Marin is looking for experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join its service department. We are seeking professionals with a proven dealership background who understand the service lane, know how to build customer relationships, and can confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.

If you have experience working in an automotive dealership service department, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving service sales, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Welcome customers and manage their vehicle service experience from check-in to delivery.
  

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.
  

• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.
  

• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
  

• Work closely with technicians to communicate repair updates and timelines.
  

• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with customers.
  

• Build customer loyalty while contributing to service department sales and performance.
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
  

• Experience working in a dealership service department and managing repair orders.
  

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations.
  

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Professional, organized, and motivated to meet performance goals.
  

Candidates without prior automotive dealership Service Advisor experience will not be considered.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $9,000–$20,000 per month earning potential
