Toyota Marin is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors to join our service team. We are seeking professionals who know how to build customer relationships, recommend maintenance and repair services, and deliver an exceptional dealership service experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle service process.
Listen to customer concerns and communicate repair and maintenance recommendations.
Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service documentation.
Recommend additional maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
Communicate with technicians to keep customers informed about their vehicles.
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Help drive customer satisfaction, service sales, and repeat business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly.
Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach.
A motivated attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and performance.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
