Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly eager to help manner
- Work closely with the service department employees including technicians, porters, and customer service team
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and resolutions for repairs
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area for self and subordinates
- Other duties as assigned
Automotive Service Advisor Job Requirements:
- 3 Years’ Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
- Outstanding communication skills
- Able to work in a very high-paced environment
- Proven customer service track record
