What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
- Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process
- Present and explain repair estimates, including upsells when appropriate
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Kia experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-minded with a focus on providing value to the customer
- Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Xtime, etc.) is a plus
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
