As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’re the high-energy connection between our guests and our service team—turning concerns into clear plans and keeping every visit on track. You’ll build accurate repair orders, communicate timelines and estimates, and ensure customers approve any added work before it begins.

Key responsibilities include:
- Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle details, and document concerns clearly for technicians
- Review inspection results, recommend corrective actions, and explain completed work and charges
- Provide complete written estimates for labor/parts, set promised times, and coordinate with dispatch
- Monitor repair progress, update customers on changes, and resolve questions or complaints

Required qualifications/skills:
- A.A. degree or equivalent; or 6–12 months related experience/training (or equivalent combination)
- Strong communication, math, and problem-solving ability; comfort with written procedures/safety rules
- Manufacturer training and a valid Driver’s License
