ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Modern Nissan Burlington is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for the automotive industry, and want to grow your career, we’d love to meet you.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between customers and our service department, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience from check-in to delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.

• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.

• Prepare repair orders and clearly explain service recommendations.

• Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times.

• Work closely with technicians and service management to ensure quality service.

• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A professional, positive, and dependable attitude.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Automotive dealership or Service Advisor experience preferred.
