Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Savoy, IL 61874 (1402–1404 N Dunlap Ave & 100 Burwash Ave campus)
Pay: $60,000–$150,000 per year total compensation (base salary plus commission)
Job type: Full-time, base salary plus commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with Saturdays on rotation

About the role
As a Service Advisor, you own the customer's experience in the service lane. You're the first point of contact for our product offerings, technician scheduling, and service.
New to the car business? That's okay. If you come from customer service, retail, restaurants, or hospitality, you already have skills that carry over, and we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Run the flow of the service drive lane
- Give every customer prompt, courteous service
- Follow through so each customer leaves with a positive impression
- Handle customer questions by phone and in person
- Sell our technicians' daily time
- Dispatch work efficiently
Qualifications
- Dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Organized and friendly
- Ability to manage others
- Strong time management
- Great communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
