Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Make Customer Satisfaction number one
- Identify guest's concerns and needs and effectively communicate to our technician team.
- Review the Tuffy payment plans
- Professionally review the Digital Courtesy Inspection (multi-point inspection) with our guests
- Review work completed with the guest at bill-out
- Review our nationwide warranties and our roadside assistance program
Qualifications
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Strong organizational and follow-thru skills
- Demonstrate the desire to improve and advance personally and professionally
- Two years of experience in an auto repair facility
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
