🔑 What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Lead client interactions with honesty, integrity, and care.
- Maximize Productivity – Track sales, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency daily.
- Maintain Shop Standards – Ensure processes are followed to meet profit goals & deliver top-tier service.
- Collaborate & Support – Work closely with our service advisors, parts manager, GM, and QC porter to keep operations running smoothly.
💰 What We Offer
- $100,000 – $220,000/year (salary + commission based on performance)
