Auburn Toyota is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service BDC Consultant to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be a key connection between our customers and our Service Department. You’ll help customers schedule service appointments, answer questions, follow up on inquiries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Pay & Benefits
- Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer service inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and appointment requests.
- Contact customers regarding recommended maintenance and service needs.
- Communicate professionally with customers and Service Department team members.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details in dealership systems.
- Help improve customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and excellent communication.
- Support the Service Department with daily business development activities.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
