Automotive Service Cashier

We are a well-established automotive dealership seeking a Service Cashier to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Process service payments accurately and efficiently

• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions

• Answer customer inquiries regarding service charges and payments

• Assist the Service Department with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment

Basic computer skills (knowledge of dealership software is a plus)

Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug test
