Schedule

This is an hourly role, 5 days a week. No weekends.

Responsibilities/Requirements

• This is a full-time position.

• A valid driver’s license is required along with a good driving record.

• Ford training is preferred but not required.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction

• Organize and prepare for daily mobile service appointments

• Travel to customer homes and workplaces in a Mobile Service van

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders

• Complete basic service work and recall repairs efficiently and accurately

• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors

• Accurately document all repairs and work performed on repair orders

• Stay current on Ford technical bulletins and complete required training

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the mobile service vehicle
