Tooele Motor Company in Tooele, Utah, is hiring C-Level, B-Level, A-Level, and Master Automotive Technicians to join our busy service department!

Pay & Benefits

• Earn Up to $270,000 Annually! Master Technician earning potential.
• Competitive Flat-Rate Pay: Based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
• 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee: Greater income stability with guaranteed flat-rate hours.
• $5,000 Signing Bonus: Available to qualified technicians, subject to a 12-month repayment agreement.
• Monday–Friday Schedule – NO Weekends!
• 4-Day Workweek Option: Four 10-hour shifts may be available.
• 2 Weeks of PTO: Vested on day one, plus paid holidays.
• $1,000 Annual Tool Reimbursement: Subject to a one-year employment requirement.

We’re Hiring Technicians at Every Level!

C-Level Automotive Technicians

• Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Complete brake services and general vehicle maintenance.
• Develop diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on experience.

B-Level Automotive Technicians

• Diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs.
• Complete general automotive repairs and vehicle inspections.

A-Level Automotive Technicians

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Perform advanced engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot challenging vehicle concerns.

Master Automotive Technicians – Earn Up to $270,000 Annually!

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs.
• Troubleshoot sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete high-level repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Support developing technicians and pursue lead-tech opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive repair experience appropriate to your skill level.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to work!
